Unless specifically requested in writing, directory information may be disclosed to the public without student consent. Directory information includes:
- Student name
- Parent names
- Address
- Telephone number
- Date and place of birth
- Enrollment status
- Dates of enrollment
- Degree(s) and award(s) received
- Major field of study
- Most recent attendance of previous educational institution(s)
- Anticipated graduation date
By submitting this form, you agree that College personnel may provide any information from your student records, beyond that considered directory information, to your custodial parents or other outside constituencies. Note that written consent is not required to release non-directory information to relevant College employees, representatives of federal and state agencies, accrediting organizations, or custodial parents of dependent students.
